Insulation Grants
In Northern Ireland there are currently grants available towards cavity wall and loft insulation through the Northern Ireland Sustainable Energy Programme (NISEP). There are set eligibility criteria to qualify for a grant towards your insulation works. Northern Loft Insulation are able to offer grants to customers for our install works to existing homes through NISEP. We offer insulation grants under two schemes. Thermal Comfort and £250 Cash Back. We also carry out installs that fall under the Affordable Warmth Grant scheme.
Eligibility Criteria
Thermal Comfort Scheme
Must be a homeowner or private tenant. A single person household with an income/pension less than £25,000 gross Or A couple/family household with an income/pension of less than £35,000 gross.
£250 Cash Back Scheme
To be eligible households must not qualify for another NISEP priority scheme. The household must be the homeowner or a private tenant.
